We at XTL Transport Inc in Surrey understand that being on the road away from family is hard and want to provide our drivers with a comfortable driving experience. We offer newer International trucks, we have our own shop with a mobile service on site. This means little to no down time when it comes to Maintenance!
We think our drivers deserve more so we offer a stable schedule that allows you to be home every day or every second day. So no more missing out on the important things in life!
We are seeking THREE HYBRID CLASS 1 drivers:
- Hybrid drivers must be available to run all lanes out of Airdrie to the areas of Edmonton down to Medicine Hat and everything in between, Grande Prairie and Saskatoon when needed. Meaning if Dispatch needs someone to go to Saskatoon or GP the driver must be willing to go. Hybrids will run a day cab (split seat truck) when needed and cover highway bunk runs as needed in a bunk truck.
- The candidate needs to have a clean police search and a commercial abstract (driving record) with no more than 5 demerits.
- The candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of highway experience with at least 2 winters of Highway driving.
- Paid 2 days in class training and paid 2 days in cab training
- Starting rate of $26.00/hr up to $27.50, for Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat ect.
- Starting rate of $0.50 up to $0.53 per mile for Saskatoon and Grande Prairie (Plus 2 hours of wages)
- Overtime after 45/hrs
- Company Paid benefits after 3 months
- No layovers
- Paid breakdown time
