About Highway King: Highway King is an independent transportation provider specializing in temperature controlled transport and dry freight truckload services throughout Canada and the USA.

We have an opening for a Class 1 City Driver who MUST be willing to go to the USA as NEEDED.  This driver MUST go to the USA as needed and possibly overnight on an urgent basis.  NO exceptions.

Responsibilities would include:

• Planning daily deliveries and pick-ups in Lower Mainland (Chilliwack to Vancouver)
• Daily Pre-Trip 17 pt Inspections
• Must travel to the USA as needed however the majority of your work will be in Canada as a city driver.

The ideal candidate needs to have:

• Class 1 driver license
• Ability to multitask
• Good knowledge of the Fraser Valley
• MUST be willing to run to the USA as needed when there is a pick up or deliver
• Available after hours and weekends when needed
