Main duties and responsibilities:
- Type of trucking and equipment: Tractor-trailer
- Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs.)
- Work setting: Relocation costs covered by the employer
- Personal suitability: Organized, Reliability, Team player
- Documentation knowledge: Driver logbook, Inspection report (pre-trip, en-route, post-trip), Maintenance and repair reports, Trip reports
- Tasks: Load and unload goods, Perform pre-trip, en route and post-trip inspection and oversee all aspects of vehicle, Receive and relay information to central dispatch
- Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail, Overtime required
- Position: Single
Job requirements:
- Minimum experience required for the job: 2 Years of Commercial Experience
- Winter/mountain driving experience is required
- Winter/mountain experience is needed: 2 Years of Commercial Experience
- A Passport or US Visa is NOT required
- Position is NOT subject to US DOT drug testing
- A FAST card is NOT required
- The company has a passenger policy
