Dragon Trucking Ltd. is hiring Long Haul Truck Drivers to start immediately. We have team driving positions available for qualified applicants.
Wage: $30.00/hour
Hours per week: 60 hours per week
Benefits: Full Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Benefits Package Available after 90 days

Additional Compensation
- Safety and Performance Bonus: $0.02 - $0.10/mile based upon meeting the company’s defined safety, fuel efficiency, and on-time delivery objectives
- Layover Allowance after 24 hours ($100 to each driver)
- Paid Drop Bonus ($20 to each driver per drop)
- Paid Pick-Up Bonus ($20 to each driver per pick-up)

Job Requirements:
- Valid BC Class 1 Driver’s License with Air Brake Endorsement
- Valid passport and ability to lawfully enter the United States
- Drivers must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test as per US DOT requirements
- No Minimum Education Requirements
- No Experience Required. We will Train and have Trainers Available.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- As part of a two-person driving team, operate and drive company trucks to transport goods to various locations across Canada and the United States;
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the truck, vehicle systems, and equipment;
- Perform emergency roadside repairs, if necessary;
- Oversee the condition of truck equipment, the unloading, and loading of goods, and ensuring the safe delivery of all cargo;
- Ensure all documentation and permits are in prescribed order when driving US routes;
- Perform accurate recording of cargo information, distance logs, fuel consumption, and expenses into logbooks (both physical and electronic);
- Maintain communication with dispatcher and other drivers;
