We are looking for professional and safety oriented Class 1 Truck Drivers in BC Lower Mainland for Local Deliveries. We have various positions that start in Port Coquitlam, Delta and Langley.

Canada Cartage is growing! We are looking for a professional Class 5 Truck Driver for local deliveries. This driver will be responsible for deliveries to customers with the help of a Swamper and be required to assist other drivers with deliveries as a Swamper.

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 06:00 AM start, Overtime may be required

Rate of Pay: $22.75 per hour

Your Daily Responsibilities:

• Follow Hours of Service Regulations
• Delivery and unloading of freight at customers’ locations; appliances, building materials, etc.
• Operate 5 Ton truck
• Assist other drivers as a Swamper
• Prompt delivery of freight
• Other duties as reasonably assigned

Our General Requirements/Qualifications:

• Hold a valid Class 5 license
• Hand bombing will be required; must be able to lift up to 50lbs unassisted
• Must provide a Clean 5 year Commercial Drivers abstract (restrictions apply)Must be able to drive manual transmission
• Criminal Record Check required; must be bondable
• Customer Service Experience required
