• Safety - Drivers have the Right to Decide and assess the situation to determine if it's safe to drive
• Equipment - Bison tractors are on average under two years old; three years for trailers
• Compensation - Safe mile bonus paid quarterly, regional premiums, fuel subsidy, benefits and more
• Pay - Bison Company Drivers are paid weekly

Position Profile:

• Running open-board primarily in British Columbia, Alberta, and Saskatchewan and Manitoba
• Out on the road seven days at a time, followed by seven days off
• Might be able to arrange a four day on and four day off or five day on and five day off position in lieu
• Average of 6,000 to 7,000 miles per month
• Non-smoking truck-share

Candidate Profile:

• Company Driver with tractor-trailer experience
• Must reside in Grande Prairie or surrounding area
• Valid Class 1/AZ Licence is required
• Must be able to drive Highway 1 and Highway 3 in B.C.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs. or more
• Reliable, flexible and punctual
• Strong communication skills
• Values safety
