Aquatrans Distributors requires experienced Class One Truck Drivers for Vancouver Island work, based out of either Nanaimo or Campbell River. As a Class 1 Truck Driver for Aquatrans you will be operating tractor-trailers vehicles to transport goods and materials over long distances on Vancouver Island.

We are currently hiring for 2 positions:

1. Class 1 Truck Drivers who will work variable shifts

- Compensation: $27.75 per hour. Benefits – 100% company paid benefits including extended health, dental, vision and life insurance.

2. Class 1 Truck Drivers who will work on the night shift, Sunday through Thursday completing tanker work

- Compensation: $27.75 per hour. $3.00 per hour shift premium for night shift tanker work. 9 hour minimum. Benefits – 100% company paid benefits including extended health, dental, vision and life insurance.

Duties Include:

- Pre-trip and post trip inspection

- Maintain accurate driver logs

- Operate truck and trailer in safety minded way

- Report vehicle deficiencies

- Transport various goods across Vancouver Island

Requirement:

- Class 1 drivers’ license

- 2 years of tractor-trailer experience

- Safety conscious and safe operator
